Supreme Court and the Constitution + Changing rules in the middle of a game = secession.

If you agreed to play a game with a certain set of rules, then as you’re mid-game another player decided to change the rules in a way that would harm your chances of winning you’d have a right to say you don’t want to play anymore (pick up your ball and go home).

Nullification: Federal Supremacy v. States Rights

The further the Federal government pushes, the more the States will try to use nullification to stop their overreach. And if enough of a State’s population is unhappy with a ruling coming from a Federal court on these kind of cases, we’ll start hearing about the next phase in this decay of the nation, secession.
